Our Australia Day community events for 2026 return to both Gosford and The Entrance and will feature free live entertainment, family-friendly activities, delicious food trucks, all finishing with a spectacular fireworks display.
These inclusive events are family friendly, alcohol-free and a great opportunity for the local community to come together and enjoy food, music and fun in a safe environment.

Road Closures
The following road closures will apply at The Entrance from 3-11pm with traffic diversions in place on Monday 26 January 2026.
- Marine Parade: Between The Entrance Road and the end of the Marine Parade Car Park.
- Coral Street: East of Duffy’s Lane. Access into the multi-storey car park still available.
- The Entrance Road: Closed at Victoria Avenue, traffic will be diverted left into Victoria Avenue.
- Torrens Avenue: Part road closures at the intersection of Torrens Avenue and Victoria Avenue
Parking
- Visitors travelling from the north are advised to park on the north side of The Entrance Bridge and walk to Memorial Park.
- Visitors travelling from the south are advised to park away from road closures and walk to Memorial Park.
- Accessible parking is located in the Multi-Storey car park, Duffy’s Lane, The Entrance.
