Step into an evening where food becomes a story and every course reveals a chapter of the past.
Eat Your History is a four-hour, five-course degustation menu that invites you to taste the Central Coast’s hidden culinary heritage.
You’ll savour beautifully crafted tasting plates inspired by the orchards, gardens, bushlands and waterways of the Central Coast Hinterland, Mangrove Creek, and the Hawkesbury River.
As each course arrives, stories are shared of early colonial kitchens, settler experiments with native ingredients, changing food traditions and long-forgotten techniques.
Hear fascinating talks from historians and storytellers about our food heritage from colonial times through to the 1950s and be inspired by insights into how food was grown, gathered, and prepared.
Your culinary journey unfolds to live music, shared around long tables for a memorably harvest night.
