There is an outdoor entertaining area at the entry to the house. Complete with outdoor heater this would make the perfect relaxing area especially for a lazy afternoon catching up with friends.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed with a single on the top, bedroom 3 has a king size bed which can be split to 2 single beds, and bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and overlooks the deck and the lake. Linen not provided however, available on request.

The dining area leads into the fully equipped kitchen with industrial gas oven, dishwasher, and enough appliances to be able to cook up a wonderful feast. Lounge room complete with a wood fireplace and an indoor wood-fired combustion stove, wood BBQ and fireplace on the deck. Another huge deck overlooks the lake with tables etc., gas BBQ, outdoor kitchen and fridge.. Grassed area for the children to play. There is a washing machine at the property but no dryer. Fully enclosed back yard.

Macmasters Beach is located on the Bouddi Peninsula on NSW Central Coast. It is rated as one of the top one hundred surf beaches in Australia. Adjacent to the Surf Club is a tidal swimming pool, which is suitable for young children. Older children can swim at the beach between the flags, but be sure to supervise them as the surf can get rough.
