Hinterland friends, let’s gather for a beautiful Saturday night of good food, good company, live music—and yes, a little dancing.
Join us as we farewell summer in true Angel Sussurri style: warm hospitality, shared tables, and a soundtrack worth staying late for.
Outdoor seating will be closest to the band for the full live experience, while indoor dining will enjoy the music drifting through the room all evening.
Live Music: Ruby Shay (with band)
We’re thrilled to welcome Ruby Shay, a First Nations singer-songwriter living in our very own valley, celebrated for her earnest storytelling and deeply personal songs.
Influenced by artists like Missy Higgins, Sara Bareilles, and Fanny Lumsden, Ruby’s music is emotive, connected, and utterly captivating.
Since releasing her debut single “Sinner” in October 2023, Ruby’s work has been featured on ABC’s Saturday Night Country with Beccy Cole, included in ABC’s Grassroots program, and her track “Our Blue Home” landed on Spotify’s editorial playlist Heaps Country.
Ruby and her band The Red Horse released their debut album in March 2025, debuting at #2 on the Australian Country ARIA chart, #9 on the Australian Albums ARIA chart, and reaching #1 on the Australian Independent Radio Chart.
With festival appearances and touring lined up for 2026, Ruby is an artist on the rise—and we’re lucky to have her here.
